This battle is hard for one reason: Lancers. It helps immensely to have one of your own. Lancers have great distance, great power and great HP. Keep the enemy lancers on the ground if you can. This would mean things like Stop, Don't Act, Sleep, etc. Needless to say, take out the Lancers first. Then go after the Time Mages, and kill the Chemist whenever, he's weak enough to die in 1 or 2 hits.
